Ordering: When you are ready to order please email us at sales@iwantcrystalcouture.com with the name of the style(s) you require as well as any additional detail such as heel length and colour etc.  We accept cheques (items sent when cleared) or can send you an invoice for payment by PayPal.  If interested in our bespoke wedding package or ordering a number of items please let us know what is of interest and we can offer you a package or multi buy discount.

Packaging:  All our designer luxury items come gift wrapped in pink tissue and ribbon so ensuring you are treated in the style that you deserve or ensuring that they make an ideal gift.  You can choose a different delivery address and a date for arrival if you require, please just ensure you leave plenty of time to avoid disappointment.

Delivery:  We deliver all items using special delivery and each item is insured up to £500.  We can also track and trace items online. If you require delivery for a certain date please ensure you give plenty of notice.  For Christmas leave  up to 12 weeks (although please enquire within if you require something quicker and depending on what you require I might be able to meet your deadline).
